Application for Adoption

Getting a puppy is a BIG commitment! It's more than potty training and keeping everything out of their mouths. It also means 10 to 15 years of doing that! But it is also so worth it!

We do require contracts of all of our new owners and their pups; we go over this verbally with each prospective owner. 

The overview of our contracts lists that you are buying your puppy for YOU and not for someone else; we do not support getting an animal for another person. Additionally, we like to meet our puppies new owners and get to know them! We keep in contact with our families over time and like to know how the puppies are doing!

We require that you agree to all reasonable safety and care for the puppy. This includes a way to ensure that they are kept in your yard either by means of mechanical or electrical fencing or even a tie out - but not leaving them outside unattended for hours at a time. You will agree to letting the dog live with you, inside your home. You will also agree to get all necessary veterinarian care and medically necessary procedures insomuch as y.

Finally, all dogs are to be returned to us if for any reason at all you are unable to keep them. We will search for a new home that is approved by us and whatever we are able to garner from the rehoming/adoption fee will be turned over to you. 

Our policies, while legally binding, are created and enforced with the best interest of the animal at heart! We take the creation of life very seriously around here and ethically have an obligation to the vulnerability of animals!
